Can you introduce yourself and tell something about your background?

My name is Sjaak. I live with my wife in the beautiful village of Kudelstaart in the municipality of Aalsmeer. I am a retired truck driver, have no children and we would like to enjoy our retirement.

What motivated you to explore options for cashing in surplus value, especially with NestEgg?

We were actually particularly curious about the possibilities of freeing up money to live with it. We also talked to another party, where the feeling was not good.

Were there specific financial goals or challenges that led you to release the excess value of your home?

We would like to use up the accumulated surplus value ourselves.

What factors influenced your decision to choose NestEgg over other cashing options?

I didn't know at first that the company was still very new. Two other parties have been around longer in the Netherlands, but NestEgg was more interesting to us.

In fact, NestEgg offers much more: 100% of the surplus value and the age limit is also lower. Even when you don't turn 100, it's interesting with NestEgg. We are very satisfied with this.

Reliable, NestEgg gave immediate confidence. It did take quite a long time for us to sign, but that had to do with solidly setting up this new service. Sellers after us will only benefit from this!

Correctness, trust and cleanliness. Good understanding of our situation.

How important was lifetime residency in your decision to choose NestEgg?

Very important: not being forced to leave your home. we also don't know what everything will be like in 10-15 years.

Good, very good. Clear and every question is answered honestly and convincingly.

In what ways has NestEgg's equity release had a positive impact on your financial situation?

Complete: a supplement to our pension! That's nice.

Would you recommend NestEgg to others who are also considering cashing in? Why or why not?

Yes, mainly because of the transparency and fairness: the excess value we accumulated can be paid out in full. I also liked how age is handled.

What advice would you give to someone considering Nest Egg because of their need to cash in?

Contact them and talk everything through thoroughly. Have it checked by an advisor and make a decision. We have had bad experiences with other parties, so always stay alert.

Pleasant and easier life!
